STUDIES ABROAD
The professional MArch program has a long history of creating opportunities for its students to gain experience in different cultural settings, beginning with a studies abroad program that took approximately forty students to Venice for four months in 1968. Since then, the school has supported studies abroad programmes to a diversity of locations that include Cairo, Athens, Milan-Florence-Rome-Naples-Sicily, Ireland, France, Berlin-Dresden-Prague, Poland, Tokyo, Kyoto, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.
Studies Abroad Programmes come in the following forms:
-4-6 week study program: A 3-6 credit course offered most summers by architecture faculty to explore a specific aspect of architectural issues and approaches in a different region or country.
